Hello Generals!

My name is Noor Tariq, and I am a senior at the National Orthodox School. As your president, It is with great pleasure and anticipation that I extend a warm welcome to all of you to this year's Confidential War Council at NOSMUN’24.

As the President of this unique and challenging committee, I am honored to guide you through what promises to be an intense and unpredictable experience. This council will explore the complexities of international conflict, diplomatic maneuvering, and crisis resolution. Your roles as generals will be pivotal in shaping the outcomes of this simulation as you navigate the intricacies of war, diplomacy, and negotiation. Even though the topic is confidential, I invite you to familiarize yourselves with the rules of procedure, your agenda, and the background materials provided before the conference. Prepare to showcase your unique perspectives, creativity, and problem-solving skills as we progress through the committee.
